The Marshall County Board of Zoning and Appeals will meet on Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Marshall County Courthouse Annex, Lewisburg, TN. 2nd floor, room 2204.

The agenda is as follows:
1.Call to order
2.Roll Call
3.Public Comments
4.Approval of minutes from the last stated meeting.
5.New business

A. Owner request setback variance for an existing nonconforming use to be eligible for C2 zoning located at 2460 Franklin Pike, Lewisburg TN 37091.
B. Recommend and discuss the adoption of BZA meeting bylaws.

6. Directors Report
