Review/Discuss:
1. Discuss procedures for a Special Called meeting.

2. Discuss update on Rockwood Recycle Company that purchased land from the City of Lewisburg located in the I65 Industrial Park. No chipping contract exists.

3. Discuss Development and Implementation of Human Resource Process Framework.
Councilman Thomas
4. Consider approving recommendation by the Budget Committee to reallocate capital improvement items in the Parks & Rec for FY 2025 budget. The lap pool resurfaces, therapy pool, and the locker room floor projects funding in the amount $139,00.00 is being reallocated to help fund the indoor pool dehumidifier project.

5. Consider approval of a resolution to make application for the Public Entity Partners James L. Richardson “Driver Safety” Matching Grant. This grant will reimburse up to 50% of driver safety-related approved items and 100% reimbursement on Motor Vehicle Records through Tennessee Department of Safety.

6. Consider approval of a resolution to make application for the Tennessee Department of Health Rural Health Care Resiliency Program Funding.

Lewisburg Gas Board – Councilman Shannon Crutcher

Recreation Board – Councilman Linda Thomas
Cemetery Advisory Committee-Councilman David Perka
8. Discuss and review the amended Fence Ordinance based upon recommendation of Planning Commission.
